Safety at JRS Plastering, LLC consists of the participation of all our employees to enforce and practice good safety procedures. We are committed not only to our own employees, but also to the safety of everyone on the jobsite. In order to ensure that everyone goes home safe at the end of the day, We require our employees to attend our on-site directed Safety Training Sessions. Our OSHA 30 hour trained Safety supervisors provide training in all areas of safety in order to keep our forces in compliance with OSHA regulations.
JRS Plastering, LLC's field supervisors are required to possess the following certifications and training:
CPR/first aid w/ AED training
OSHA 10 hour course for Project foremen and most field employees.
OSHA 30 hour course for Project Superintendent all field supervisors
Scaffold Competency Person training is required for all our plasterers.
Certification to operate Rough Terrain Forklifts is required by JRS Plastering, LLC.
Scissor lift and boom lift also required operator certification.
Job specific safety training is required to all employees on a daily basis.
JRS Plastering, LLC.'s Safety & Health Program is administered by the company's Safety Committee. Our Safety Committee is managed by the Safety Director, and is assisted by other OSHA trained personnel. The committee consists of 2 field Supervisor s, 2 field Project managers, and the Corporate Safety Staff. The President, CEO , Safety Director, Operations Manager, are all part of the Corporate Safety Staff.
